Shipping policy

Normal business processing times not during holiday months times are 5-7 BUSINESS DAYS. This excludes, holidays, weekends. Sales, Holiday & Seasonal processing times may vary from 10 - 14 business days. Ready to ship items like cases of tumblers and RTS completed tumblers are 1-3 business days. This excludes holidays and weekends. Orders ship Monday - Thursday and are scheduled for usps & ups pick up when ready to ship. 

Emailing us asking if it has shipped or when will it ship, asking for tracking ect… will not make your order move faster. We reserve the right to cancel your order at anytime for any reason. But not limited to with no excuse and no further communication.

You will receive a tracking number when the label is printed once this happens your order is being worked on and will be shipped or picked up.  If you need your order sooner choose the faster shipping method.
